📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and prospect potential clients in assigned areas using Salesforce and Google Maps
• Present Lionel Jaya Logistic's products and services to potential clients, highlighting their benefits and addressing their needs
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, both new and existing
• Track and report on sales activities and performance using Salesforce
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
• Stay updated on industry trends and developments to provide informed advice to clients
• Promote Lionel Jaya Logistic's brand and values in the community

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or a related field, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Google Maps, or willingness to learn these tools
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for field work
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is a plus
