CV Ekspresi Nagari is seeking a dedicated Assistant Machine Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the operation and maintenance of machinery, ensuring smooth production processes, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the operation and maintenance of machinery and equipment.,Monitor production processes to ensure quality and efficiency.,Perform routine maintenance tasks and troubleshoot any issues that arise.,Collaborate with the production team to meet daily targets and production goals.,Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.,Assist in training and mentoring new employees.,Keep accurate records of production data and machinery performance.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.,Basic knowledge of machinery operation and maintenance.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.,Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures.,Available to work full-time and flexible shift hours as needed.
