📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Cook in preparing and cooking meals according to recipes and standards.,Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in the kitchen.,Prepare and store ingredients and supplies as needed.,Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen workspace.,Participate in inventory management and cost control.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Participate in menu planning and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Cook or similar role in a professional kitchen.,Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,Familiarity with Indonesian cuisine is a plus.,Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and tools.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
