📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning of the store.,Manage a team of store staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.,Collaborate with the central office to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Drive sales growth through effective merchandising and promotional activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing store operations and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Knowledge of retail software and POS systems is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
