In this high-impact role, you will manage and optimize our online sales channels, leveraging data analytics to drive growth and customer engagement. You will work closely with our marketing, sales, and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations and maximize revenue.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize online sales channels on Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Lazada.
• Leverage data analytics tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Ads Manager to track performance and make data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and implement e-commerce strategies.
• Ensure seamless operations by coordinating with logistics and warehouse teams.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and partners.
• Create and manage advertising campaigns across various platforms.
• Ensure compliance with e-commerce regulations and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably in the pet food industry.
• Proven track record of managing online sales channels and driving revenue growth.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data analytics tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Ads Manager.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Indonesian marketplaces and e-commerce trends.
• Certification in digital marketing or e-commerce is a plus.
• Fluent in both English and Indonesian.
