Cemerlang Nusantara Group is seeking a dedicated Field Collection professional to join our team in Bali. This role is crucial for ensuring timely and accurate collection of payments from our clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to work under pressure.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Collect payments from clients in a timely and efficient manner.,Maintain accurate records of all collections and payments.,Follow up with clients who are overdue on payments.,Provide excellent customer service to clients and ensure their satisfaction.,Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely reporting.,Adhere to company policies and procedures.,Attend regular meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company policies and procedures.,Perform other duties as assigned by the management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in field collection or a related role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for field work.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Knowledge of local regulations and laws related to collections.,Fluency in Indonesian language is a plus but not mandatory.
