As an FTTH Network Administrator, you will be responsible for the daily operations and maintenance of our FTTH network. You will work closely with our engineering and support teams to ensure that our network is running smoothly and efficiently. You will also be involved in the planning and implementation of new network projects, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Monitor and maintain the FTTH network infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network issues promptly, minimizing downtime and service disruptions.
- Install, configure, and maintain network equipment such as OLTs, ONTs, and switches.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to plan and execute network upgrades and expansions.
- Conduct regular network audits and performance reviews to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide technical support to internal teams and external customers, ensuring a high level of service quality.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and recommend improvements to the network infrastructure.
- Document all network activities and maintain accurate records for future reference.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in FTTH network administration or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of FTTH network technologies, including GPON, EPON, and Ethernet.
- Proficiency in using network management tools such as Huawei OMCC, ZTE C300, and Cisco Prime.
- Experience with network troubleshooting and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with ITIL or similar IT service management frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
