📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring they align with business objectives and deliver measurable results.
• Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocations, using tools like Microsoft Project and Jira.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure projects stay on track.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure technical feasibility and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Provide regular status updates and reports to stakeholders, highlighting project milestones and achievements.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in project management and IT.
• Mentor and develop junior project managers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
• Certifications in project management methodologies, such as PMP or Agile/Scrum certifications, are a plus.
• Strong understanding of IT project management tools and software, including Microsoft Project, Jira, and Confluence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
• Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives and their impact on business processes is a plus.
