Sky Shine Indonesia is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of financial statements, processing payroll, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or those with limited experience in accounting to gain valuable insights and develop their skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Process payroll, including calculating salaries, deductions, and generating pay slips.,Maintain and update accounting records and ensure accuracy of financial data.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.,Support the finance team in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial reports.,Assist in the reconciliation of bank statements and accounts payable/receivable.,Participate in internal audits and ensure compliance with internal control policies.,Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Experience with payroll processing is a plus.
