📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily production activities to meet targets and quality standards.,Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.,Coordinate with production teams to address any issues or bottlenecks.,Conduct regular quality checks and implement corrective actions as needed.,Maintain accurate production records and reports.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.,Support the Production Manager in achieving overall production goals.,Provide training and guidance to junior staff as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum 2 years of experience in production supervision or related roles.,Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with production management software is a plus.,Understanding of safety regulations and best practices.,Proficient in Indonesian and English.
