📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct technical consultations with potential clients to understand their IT needs and requirements.
• Demonstrate Adakom's IT solutions, including hardware, software, and network equipment, to clients.
• Provide expert advice and recommendations on IT solutions tailored to clients' business needs.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure that our products and services meet the unique requirements of our clients.
• Assist in preparing technical proposals, presentations, and reports for clients.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in the IT industry to provide informed advice to clients.
• Support the sales team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Contribute to the development of technical content and training materials for clients and internal teams.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in technical sales, IT consulting, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Proficient in using technical tools and software, such as Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and CRM systems.
