📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs that align with the company's strategic goals.,Identify training needs and design effective learning solutions to address them.,Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and make data-driven improvements.,Collaborate with managers and employees to understand their development needs and provide tailored support.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Create and maintain learning materials, including manuals, guides, and multimedia content.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a proven track record of success.,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.,Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.,Ability to analyze data and use it to drive decision-making.,Experience with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.,Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for continuous learning and development.
