📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the nursing unit, ensuring efficient and effective patient care.,Develop and implement nursing care plans in collaboration with the medical team.,Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.,Conduct staff training and development programs.,Manage staff schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels.,Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.,Monitor patient progress and report any issues to the medical team.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Lead Nurse or similar role.,Certification in advanced nursing practices (e.g., ACLS, PALS).,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Experience in a similar role in a healthcare facility is highly desirable.
