📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop learning and development programs that align with the company's goals and objectives,Identify and assess the learning needs of employees,Create and deliver training materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and coaching sessions,Evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement,Collaborate with managers and employees to provide feedback and support,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development,Manage and mentor a team of learning and development professionals

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles,Excellent communication and presentation skills,Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams,Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant software,Certification in learning and development (e.g., Certified Learning Designer, Certified Professional in Learning and Performance) is a plus
