📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including assessments, treatments, and monitoring of vital signs.,Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare providers.,Document patient information and maintain accurate records.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.,Monitor and report any changes in patient condition to the healthcare team.,Educate patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment plans.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of patient care.,Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a clinical or hospital setting.,Valid nursing license and certification in Indonesia.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems.,Commitment to providing compassionate and high-quality patient care.
