📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide hands-on therapy sessions, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and electrotherapy, to promote patient recovery and mobility.
• Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and document all sessions in the clinic's electronic health records (EHR) system.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on proper exercise techniques, lifestyle modifications, and injury prevention strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in physiotherapy through continuous learning and professional development.
• Participate in clinic meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and staff training to maintain high standards of care.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations, policies, and safety protocols.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical physiotherapy setting.
• Professional certification as a Registered Physiotherapist (S1-FT or S1-KF) from the Indonesian Physiotherapy Association (IAP).
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems, such as E-Medis or similar.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and healthcare team members.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
