• Supervising and guiding production staff to achieve production targets.

• Conducting regular inspections to identify and address issues.
• Preparing and maintaining production schedules and reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in related field (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in production supervision or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and production management software.
• Understanding of safety regulations and standards.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English (spoken and written).
