Indofood CBP is seeking a skilled Proximate Analyst to join our team in Cibitung, Jawa Barat. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting chemical analyses to determine the proximate composition of food products. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Perform chemical analyses to determine the proximate composition of food products, including moisture, protein, fat, and ash content.,Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure accurate and reliable results.,Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for chemical analysis.,Collaborate with the R&D team to support product development and quality control.,Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.,Provide technical support to other team members as needed.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory processes.,Document and report analysis results accurately and promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Food Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in chemical analysis, preferably in the food industry.,Knowledge of standard methods for proximate analysis (AOAC, AACC, etc.).,Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and software for data analysis.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulatory standards for food products is a plus.
