LAMANSUA Nusantara is seeking a talented and experienced Internal Auditor to join our team. The Internal Auditor will be responsible for conducting independent assessments of the company's financial and operational processes to ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with regulations.,Preparing and presenting audit reports and recommendations to senior management.,Assisting in the development and implementation of internal control policies and procedures.,Identifying and assessing risks associated with financial and operational processes.,Conducting interviews and observations to gather information and evidence for audits.,Collaborating with other departments to ensure the successful completion of audit objectives.,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of audit findings and actions taken.,Providing training and guidance to staff on internal control and compliance matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and internal control frameworks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using audit software and tools.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian financial regulations and standards is a plus.
