📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the luxury venues and hospitality sector.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and partners.,Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends.,Prepare and present sales proposals, reports, and forecasts to management.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients.,Stay updated with industry developments and best practices in sales and hospitality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the luxury venues, hospitality, or tourism industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding revenue goals.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
