🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support and infrastructure management.,Strong knowledge of IT systems, including servers, networks, and databases.,Experience with IT security measures and best practices.,Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus.
