📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.,Oversee the implementation of operational plans and strategies.,Monitor and evaluate operational performance to identify areas for improvement.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.,Assist in the development and implementation of new operational processes and procedures.,Provide support to the senior management team in achieving operational goals and objectives.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Lead and mentor junior staff to enhance their skills and performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
