In this role, you will be responsible for creating and executing pastry recipes, ensuring high-quality products, and maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement pastry recipes to meet customer demands and quality standards.,Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, including cakes, cookies, and bread.,Ensure the kitchen is clean and organized, following health and safety regulations.,Manage inventory and ordering of ingredients and supplies.,Train and mentor junior staff members.,Maintain food safety and hygiene standards.,Participate in quality control and product testing.,Assist in the development of new menu items and product innovations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of creating high-quality pastries.,Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.,Experience with food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Valid food handler's permit and any relevant certifications.
