📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets.,Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation.,Conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys and address any concerns.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Manage store finances, including budgeting and expense tracking.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Proven track record of driving sales and improving store performance.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software and POS systems.,Knowledge of inventory management and supply chain processes.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
