📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement corporate communication strategies that align with the company's goals and values.
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of internal and external communications, including press releases, newsletters, and social media content.
  • Manage the company's media relations, including media outreach, interviews, and crisis communication.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure that communication efforts are cohesive and effective.
  • Monitor and analyze communication performance, making data-driven decisions to improve strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in corporate communication.
  • Represent the company at events, conferences, and other industry gatherings.
  • Ensure compliance with all communication regulations and guidelines.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate communication, with a focus on strategic planning and execution.
  • Proven track record of managing and leading communication teams.
  • Strong understanding of digital communication tools and platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Familiarity with social media management and content creation.
