As an Accounts Executive, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records using tools like QuickBooks and SAP. You will work closely with the finance team to ensure that all financial transactions are processed correctly and promptly. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage full-set accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks and SAP.
- Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
- Process and reconcile bank statements, credit card transactions, and other financial documents.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and tax filings.
- Provide financial support to the sales and operations teams as needed.
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve financial processes and controls.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or financial roles.
- Proficiency in using QuickBooks and SAP.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
