As our Outlet Manager, you'll be the face of our luxury spa, overseeing daily operations and ensuring every guest leaves feeling rejuvenated and delighted. You'll manage a team of skilled therapists, coordinate with vendors, and implement strategies to enhance guest experiences and increase revenue.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations of the spa, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, service, and guest satisfaction.
• Manage and mentor a team of massage therapists and spa staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain guests, including promotions, events, and social media engagement.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure the smooth delivery of products and services.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as industry standards.
• Plan and execute special events and workshops to enhance guest experience and loyalty.
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, sales, and inventory.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role within the hospitality or wellness industry.
• Proven track record of managing teams and driving operational excellence.
• Strong knowledge of spa operations, including massage techniques, treatment protocols, and customer service best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, vendors, and guests.
• Familiarity with POS systems, CRM software, and other hospitality management tools.
• Certification in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluent in both English and Indonesian, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
