📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Act as the primary point of contact for life insurance policyholders, providing exceptional customer service and support.
• Assist clients with policy inquiries, claims processing, and general insurance-related questions.
• Use CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot to manage client interactions and track policy information.
• Collaborate with the underwriting and claims teams to ensure smooth processing of client requests.
• Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes to provide accurate and compliant advice.
• Conduct regular client reviews and follow-ups to maintain strong relationships.
• Assist in the development and implementation of customer satisfaction initiatives.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of our client relations processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in client relations or customer service within the insurance industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
• Proficiency in using CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Knowledge of life insurance products and underwriting processes.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
