• Negotiate and manage contracts with clients, vendors, and partners in the Oil & Gas and Geothermal industries.
• Ensure all contracts are compliant with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with contracts.
• Maximize revenue and profitability through effective contract management.
• Work closely with the commercial team to align contracts with the company's strategic objectives.
• Monitor and report on contract performance and compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in contract management, commercial operations, or a related field.
• Proven track record in negotiating and managing contracts in the Oil & Gas or Geothermal industries.
• Strong understanding of legal and regulatory requirements in the Oil & Gas and Geothermal sectors.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with contract management software such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, or similar tools.
