As a Credit Insurance Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in assessing and managing credit risks, ensuring the financial stability and integrity of our operations. You'll work closely with our finance and risk management teams to develop and implement strategies that mitigate risks and optimize our credit insurance portfolio. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assess and analyze credit risks for our clients and stakeholders, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
• Develop and implement credit insurance policies and programs that align with our business objectives and risk management strategies.
• Conduct market research and stay updated with industry trends to identify opportunities and potential risks in the credit insurance market.
• Collaborate with underwriting and claims teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of credit insurance applications and claims.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to credit insurance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in credit insurance and risk management.
• Stay informed about regulatory changes and industry best practices to ensure our credit insurance operations remain compliant and competitive.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our credit insurance processes and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Insurance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in credit insurance or a similar role within the insurance or financial services industry.
• Strong knowledge of credit insurance products, underwriting principles, and risk management techniques.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with insurance industry software such as Guidewire or PolicyAdmin.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements, particularly in the pulp and paper sector.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
