📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate and manage the entire logistics process, from booking to delivery, ensuring timely and efficient shipment of goods
• Work with various shipping lines and carriers to secure the best rates and schedules for shipments
• Utilize logistics software such as SAP, Sea-Intelligence, and DHL Freight Manager to track and manage shipments
• Prepare and maintain accurate shipping documents, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and packing lists
• Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth logistics operations
• Monitor and analyze logistics data to identify areas for improvement and optimize operations
• Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in export-import logistics
• Provide excellent customer service and support to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in freight forwarding or a related role
• Certification in CFS (Container Freight Station) or similar logistics certifications is a plus
• Proficient in using logistics software such as SAP, Sea-Intelligence, and DHL Freight Manager
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, shipping lines, and freight forwarding processes
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with knowledge of local Indonesian language is a plus
