📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide expert advice on takaful and insurance products to clients, ensuring their financial security and peace of mind.
• Assist clients in selecting the most suitable insurance and takaful solutions based on their needs and budget.
• Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to recommend the best products and services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and personalized service.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote Prudential’s products and services effectively.
• Manage and track client portfolios, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Provide training and support to junior staff members to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies and plans.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Takaful or Insurance Advisor, preferably with Prudential.
• Licensed professional with a valid insurance or takaful license.
• Strong knowledge of takaful and insurance products, including their features, benefits, and risks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
• Proficient in using sales and CRM software, such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as Business Administration, Finance, or Insurance.
