📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement HR strategies that support the company's goals and objectives.
• Manage the recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure a seamless hiring experience.
• Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a fast-paced industry.
• Proven expertise in Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Strong understanding of HRIS systems such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
