📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement HR strategies that support the company's growth and operational excellence.
• Lead and mentor the HR team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee development programs to ensure a skilled and engaged workforce.
• Manage employee relations and conflict resolution to maintain a positive work environment.
• Implement and manage HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and other HR technologies such as BambooHR or Workday.
• Conduct regular employee engagement surveys and analyze data to drive improvements.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in HR to ensure our strategies remain competitive.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences to build our brand and network.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR leadership roles, with a proven track record of driving HR strategy and transformation.
• Certification in SHRM-CP or PHR (Professional in Human Resources) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of HRIS and HR technologies, with experience implementing and managing systems like BambooHR or Workday.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with employees at all levels.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor HR teams to achieve organizational goals.
• Experience in a fast-paced, growing organization is a significant advantage.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
